POLICIES

• Room deposit: Reservations are secured with one night’s deposit per room at time of booking
• Cancellation policy: you are financially responsible unless we are able to book your room
• Balance of bill must be paid upon arrival
• Credit Cards, cash, traveler’s, bank checks are accepted
  
  
• Weekend is two night minimum stay always
• Reduced rates for extended stay of over four nights
• Our guests respect our quiet time after 10 pm
• Owners share the property with their guests
• Please notify us in advance if you have any dietary restrictions, we are most happy to accommodate you
  
  
• Check in time is 4 - 6 pm
• Check out is 11 am
• Children over 16 years old permitted
• Although we adore pets, we are sorry we cannot accommodate them
• Smoking is prohibited in our bed & breakfast.
